Individual Cuts for 2011

For the first time, we're offering individual cuts of our grass-fed Angus beef from two steers. These cuts come from the same herd as our whole, halves, and quarters, but let you get just the amount, and the type, of cuts you want. Perfect if you are new to the world of grass-fed beef, or don't have the freezer space that a quarter or half would require.

Pricing includes delivery to a central location in Denver, with you picking up from that location. If you need your cuts sooner, or need them delivered to your door, let us know and we can work something out.
Here’s what we have, organized by price per pound:
  • Shortribs (2-3 lbs) $2.50/lb
  • Heart, Oxtail (one per pkg) $2.50/lb
  • Hamburger (2 lb pkg)  $3/lb
  • Liver (appx 1 lb) $3/lb
  • Hamburger patties (8 in 2 lb pkg) $3.50/lb
  • Cube steak $4.00/lb
  • Stew meat (1 lb) $4.00/lb
  • Various roasts, all about 3-4 lbs $5/lb
